Whereas other group training gyms are typically biased towards cardio-driven results, we’re equally obsessed with both our Build and our Burn workouts. So whether your goal selection is to get bigger, leaner or something in between, our science will get you there.

All we ask from you is commitment – train hard & eat clean. Stay committed to your long term goal and we’ll help you to transform your body, inside and out.

Icon GOAL OPTION 1: Gain Lean Muscle and Strength

Select this goal if you want to get bigger and more muscular.

Your training program will consist of gruelling “Build” workouts. Your full body workouts will feature both isolation & compound movements across all muscle groups. Your part-body workouts will feature mainly isolation movements to target, fatigue & grow specific muscle groups. Expect slow-paced, functional bodybuilding with heavy-lifting hypertrophy sessions. Combat training is optional at check-in.

If none of this makes any sense, don’t despair, all you need to do is select your goal & book classes – our smart systems will handle everything from there. There’s lots of help in the Fitbeat App, plus our gym instructors are ready to help you every step of the way.

Icon GOAL OPTION 2: GET LEAN & FIT

Select this goal if you want to get lean and improve your fitness.

Your training program will focus on exhilarating “Burn” workouts with intermittent “Build” workouts. Your “Burn” workouts will be full body in nature, but with an emphasis on particular body groups. Expect high-intensity, light-lifting sessions, and prepare to shed up to 20 calories per minute! Your workouts will include compound-metabolic & functional training techniques. Combat training is optional at check-in. Your “Build” workouts will be full body, medium-paced, heavier-lifting sessions featuring hypertrophy and functional bodybuilding training for stability and strength.

Icon GOAL OPTION 3: GET STRONG & FIT

Select this goal if you want a balance of everything (ie lean muscle, strength, weight-loss & fitness).

Your training program will include an equal balance of gruelling “Build” workouts and exhilarating “Burn” workouts. Your “Build” workouts will be full body, medium-paced, heavy-lifting sessions featuring hypertrophy training and functional bodybuilding for stability and strength.

Your “Burn” workouts will be full body in nature, but with an emphasis on particular body groups. Expect high-intensity, light-lifting sessions, and prepare to shed up to 20 calories per minute!
