Kickass Team or Personalised Workouts


Experience 28 or 48 minutes of kickass sound, lighting and energy across a circuit of 20 dynamic training zones. Our Rockstar instructors will guide and correct you, while our amazing tech will manage your entire journey. Your partner trains next to you, but unlike any other gym, he or she can elect to do either the same workout as you, or an entirely different workout to you.

If you wanna sweat through the same workout as others in the class, then select the Team Workout of the day. Or, if you’re ready to pursue your long term fitness goal, then make this selection in the Fitbeat App, and allow our Smart PT to design and manage a training program just for you, with Personalised Workouts in every class!

Our Build classes utilize functional bodybuilding, hypertrophy and combat training techniques. Our Burn classes utilize high intensity metabolic, functional and combat training techniques.

Whatever your goal selection, we have the sports science and the tech to get you there, plus over 10,000 killer exercises, so you’ll never get bored!

TEAM WORKOUTS

Select the Team Workout of the day, and sweat through the same workout as others in the class. Each day Team Workouts alternative between Burn & Build classes. Combat training is compatible with every workout, so bring your gloves & inners whenever you’d like to include boxing & MMA in your session.

PERSONALISED WORKOUTS

Select your long term fitness goal in the Fitbeat App, and then allow our Smart PT to create a training program just for you. All you do is book class times, and then we’ll have a personalised group-training workout waiting for you. If anything changes with your bookings (eg cancellation, missed class, etc), our Smart PT will dynamically update your training program.

Personalised training works best when you have set your fitness goal, but you’re free to manage your training program yourself by manually personalising any workout in any class at any time.

Combat training is compatible with every workout, so bring your gloves & inners whenever you’d like to include boxing & MMA in your session
